Abstract
The subject of the bachelor´s thesis Financial Analysis of Manufacturing Company is evaluation the financial situation of ON Semiconductor, Ltd. between 2008 – 2012. The theoretical part describe selected methods and procedures of financial analysis. In the middle part is described the Manufacturing Company ON Semiconductor, Ltd. The methods described in the theoretical part are applied to the results of Company in the practical part. In conclusion is evaluation of financial situation of the Company and possible proposals for action.
