Abstract

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the state of a real production line in the automotive industry. Theaimis to identify are as that do not meet the requirements for the line to meet the standards of a modern world-class enterprise. The analysis was conducted using methods such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Pareto chart, and Value Stream Mapping. The work is based on data collected from the company and observations of the production process.
