Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to introduce methods of managerial decision making and determination of selected methods to solve managerial problems. The first part describes the basic concepts of decision-making. The second part deals with the characteristics of the decision-making process. The third part describes the distribution of managerial decision-making problem. The following section focuses on the description of each method. The last part consists of proposals selected methods often used in practice to support management decision-making.
