Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the current state of services in the region Slovacko and identify problem areas based on a questionnaire research and with the help of SWOT analysis and brainstorming with destination management Hodonin. The research should show how visitors perceive the region and evaluate the services provided therein. Overall, the marketing research involved 42% of men and 58% of women, the total number of respondents was the 200th Most spoke to a group of tourists were from 35 years to 49 years in education was the most tourists with graduation and foreign tourists with a university degree. Most foreign tourists come from Germany and Slovakia, Czechs, most coming from cities such as Prague, Olomouc, Brno. The final part of the proposals, which should lead to improvement of tourist attractions microregion and better use for the general schema_dspacedb. Final recommendations are based on the SWOT analysis, especially of the weaknesses and opportunities, proposing any such promotional materials printed with the correct and updated information, complete the Bata canal project, that might have been more traffic in this area, start the action type - presstrips, famtrips, workshops, etc. In addition, given the development of cycling, which in this region has great potential, to include the correct legal and marking of bicycle routes, including the development of additional services for cyclists.
