Návrh strategie vybraného podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analyzovat konkurenční prostředí pomocí externí a interní analýzy, zhodnotit současný stav konkurenčního prostředí a navrhnout strategická doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé základní pojmy, definovány metody analýzy makrookolí a mikrookolí firmy. Mezi tyto metody patří PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, metoda 7s a SWOT analýza. V praktické části jsou tyto metody uplatněny na konkrétní podnik. Díky provedeným analýzám jsou v závěru navrhovaná doporučení pro management podniku.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the competitive environment using external and internal analysis, to assess the current state of the competitive environment and to propose strategic recommendations. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the various basic concepts, methods of analysis defined macro and micro environment of the company. These methods include PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, 7s model and SWOT analysis. In the practical part, these methods are applied to a specific company. Thanks to the analyzes are at the end of the proposed recommendations for the management of the company.
