Abstract

The content of this work is an explosion protection of coaling cableway. This coaling cableway is used to transport fuel in the form of coal and coaling dust, which is used for coaling the boilers K1 and K2 in the company ŽDB Group Bohumin, Inc. The aim of this work is to consider the possibility of an explosion of coal dust during coal transportation, to process the documentation and to design measures.

The author, with regards to legislation requirements of the Czech Republic and the European Union proposes only one single solution. This would be the use of secondary explosion protection based on series of an appropriate measures and regulations. These measures and regulations in this case would be sufficient.
