Organizace a řízení zásahu při povodních v Libereckém kraji

Abstract

This thesis deals with organizing and managing the intervention in emergencies, which have been flash floods in the Liberec region in August 2010. It deals with the analysis of business components of the Integrated rescue system and relief work in relation to the control of an incident which was serious in its scope so that the history of the Czech Republic signed on as an extraordinary event with the highest damage in one region. The study also analyzed the operation and deployment of forces and assets, both essential components of the IRS, and others, evaluate their use and coordination between the various departments in the affected areas of devastating floods.
