Abstract

PASTORKOVÁ, E.: Opava Community Center: Bachelor thesis: VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, 2018, 56 s., Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. The subject of this bachelor thesis is titled Opava Community Center, the elaboration of partial project documentation for the execution of the construction according to decree 499/2006 Sb. (as amended) Documentation of buildings. The bachelor thesis follows the urban and volumetric study elaborated in the subject Ateliérová tvorba III, the architectural study of the Community Center is prepared within the framework of the semester work of the Ateliérová tvorba IV study from the academic year 2016/2017 and the documentation for the building permit issued in the Ateliérová tvorba Va and design from the academic year 2017/2018. The introductory part of the thesis is focused on familiarization with the problem of solving the territory. Performed analyzes of a given site are completed by a specific design of the object. The community center is situated at the junction of Jánská - Bílovecká - Mlýnská - Kylešovská streets and forms a "point of interest" in the location. The main part of the bachelor thesis is the text part of the project documentation which is concluded with the enclosed drawing documentation of the solved object. The aim of the proposal of the Community Center is to support the cultural and social activities of the residents of the given locality.
