Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the implementation of a new apartment building in the town of Dobřany. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation at the construction stage, including the developed study. A thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures, an acoustic assessment of the properties of structures and a static calculation of a reinforced concrete staircase are also processed for the work. The new construction of the apartment building has no basement with three floors above ground and a flat roof. There are 9 apartment units in the building. The building is constructed from the Porotherm wall system. The ceiling is also made of the Porotherm system of MIAKO PTH brick inserts and POT beams. The roofing is solved with a single-skin roof.
