Vliv substrátu odkaliště v Dolní Líštné na výskyt invazního zlatobýlu kanadského (Solidago canadensis)

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the study of the influence of the substrate of the tailings pond in Dolní Líštná on the occurrence of invasive Canadian goldenrod (Solidago canadensis). The first, research part of the bachelor´s thesis briefly presents the history and natural conditions of the habitat, physical and chemical properties of soils, the effect of contamination on plants, a description of plant invasion, ecology and distribution of Canadian goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) and a description of seed bank and seed rain. The second part is focused on the research. The methodology of field research is described as well as the methodology of laboratory processing of all samples. The results of the influence of the substrate on the occurrence of the Canadian goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) are given by means of partial results of soil granularity fraction, soil contamination, soil seed banks and seed rain.
