Analýza trhu s bydlením v ČR

Abstract

This work is concerned with „ Analysis Housing market in Czech Republic“. Among the basic human needs belongs also the housing need. Estate of housing with its specialities is essentially different from other estates. Consequently there are some extraordinarinesses for the supplying and the demanding in housing market. The state has to solve market deficiencies by housing policy instruments, because the housing is a specific estate. This work analyses a present – day situation of housing market and a structure of housing fund. Housing maret in Czech republic couldn´t work without housing policy insruments which are introduced in this work. The work also characterizes and compares market and regulated rents. At the end of the work you can watch a questionary that is focused on financing of housing of my co – workers.
