Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the execution of construction works. The documentation has been prepared in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. and ČSN 73 5710 Fire Stations and Firehouses. The thesis consists of a textual part, which includes: A. Introductory Report, B. Comprehensive Technical Report, D. Documentation of Buildings and Technical and Technological Equipment, structural design of the reinforcement of the foundation beam notch, and appendices comprising a thermal-technical assessment of the external structures in accordance with ČSN 730540-2 (2011) and an energy performance certificate of the building envelope. In addition, the thesis contains a drawing section. The basis for the preparation of this diploma thesis was a study developed within the courses Project I and Project II. The designed building – a fire station – is located in the municipality of Štěpánkovice. The new fire station is designed as a detached two-storey building.
