Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a project dokumentation for a construction of a family house. Plans of health-technical devices and inner water line. In that building will be also used a solar system with collectors for heating hot water. This way of support brings reduction of loads for a user and ecologicaly use renewable energy source. There is also described heat tecnical assessment of peripheral constructions.The bachelor thesis is devided into the text and drawing sections and supplements.
