Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the concept of Industry 4.0 / Quality 4.0 and the associated qualification requirements for employees in quality management. The partial goal is to suggest opportunities for streamlining and improving the conditions of graduates and employees. Questionnaire surveys with organizations operating in the Czech Republic will be conducted on this issue
