Ocenění podniku vybranými metodami a jejich komparace

Abstract

The aim of Diploma´s thesis is valuation of the company TNT Express Worldwide, spol. s r. o. by selected yield methods and their comparison. The value of the company is determined to 1st January 2010 using the discounted cash flow method DCF-Entity and using the capitalized profits methods in analytical and standard variants. The first section is dedicated to charakteristics of the attitudes and corporate valuation methodology. The second section is composed by characteristics of the valuation company, and it also includes strategic and financial analysis. The third section is dedicated to quantification of the corporate value by selected methods. It also includes the prediction of financial plan, determination of free cash flow and costs of capital. In this section is also performed an analysis of the sensitivity. In the fourth section is performed evaluation of the resulting values and their comparison.
