Tvorba rozhodovacího modelu pro výběr vhodného kandidáta na pozici účetní v modelové obchodní společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation and application of a decision-making model designed to select a suitable candidate for the position of chief accountant in a model company. There were used methods of Multiple Atribute Decision-making, specifically the AHP method, its extension AHPSort and the Saaty's method to determine the preferences of the criteria. The thesis defines the characteristic features of decision-making problems, on the basis of which the appropriate method is chosen. It describes the job positions of accounting specializations which are used to define the criteria of the model and it creates and applicates the model. Finally, the results of the individual rounds of the selection are evaluated.
