Abstract

This bachelor work deals with an issue of preventive security of claims in the enterprise. In the first place there is discussed a necessary knowledge of high quality information concerning customers. Further there is referred to various securing instruments which are at present used for security of claims. In work conclusion, there are presented several practical examples of preventive security of claims.
