Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to describe administrative process associated with drawing subsidies from the European Union structural funds by business subjects. Further aim is to point out its deficiencies and recommends possible changes leading to administrative process improvement. In the theoretical part, there is structural and regional policy of the EU characterized. Legal frame of public support applied by European law is determined. In the second chapter, there are operational programmes mentioned, out of which the Czech subjects can draw public support. Practical part is focused on system of projects administration from the OP Business and Innovation applicant’s point of view. Finally, administrative process is evaluated and possible changes are recommended.
