Návrh automatizace procesu plnění kychet

Abstract

V rámci neustále modernizace hutní výroby Třineckých železáren, a.s. je kladen stále větší důraz na automatizaci technologických postupů. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá automatizaci procesu plnění kychet vysokopecní vsázkou, se zaměřením na volbu správných technických prostředků pro její realizaci. Jsou zde uvedeny různé typy snímačů pro použití v hutním průmyslu spolu s jejích základními principy včetně návrhu instalace. Není zde opomenuto ani na popis současného postupu plnění kychet, jakož i na cestu vysokopecní vsázky, od její vykládky až po zavážení vysokých pecí.

Constantly modernization of metallurgical production in Třinecké Železárny, cause increasing emphasis on automation of technological processes. This diploma thesis deals with the automation of the bins filling process by the blast furnace charge, focusing on the choice of the correct technical resources for its implementation. Different types of sensors for use in the metallurgical industry, along with its basic principles, including the design of the installation are listed here. There is even a description of the current omitted the procedure implementation of the bins filling process, as well as the path of the blast furnace charge, from her unloading to charging the blast furnaces.
