Ovlivnění Karvinského potoka důlními vodami

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the draining colliery waters into the Karvinský brook. Such waters are characteristic for their high content of dissolved substances, which can markedly influence the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to chart such substances and execute proper remedy if the measured deviations are out of the limit range. In the theoretical part, the history of each mine is described and natural conditions in the area of interests and characteristic features of colliery waters are included as well. The experimental part is focused on evaluation of the draining quantum of colliery waters during monitoring period. Furthermore, it deals with composing summary of average concentration values and draining amount of contaminating substances from each mining enterprise during a specific period. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate influence of drained colliery waters on the chemism of the Karvinský brook.
