Analýza vybraných problémů při řízení údržby výrobního zařízení a návrhy na zlepšení

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the maintenance system in a medium-sized company Mürdter Dvořák, which is located in Olšany near Prostějov. First of all, the work deals with the theoretical and methodological basis of maintenance. The following is a description of the company. In the practical part, three problematic parts are analyzed. These areas include the maintenance organization and its staffing, maintenance software and evaluation of maintenance data. The fifth chapter contains suggestions for improving the analyzed areas. In the last row, the proposals are compared according to their implementation costs.
