Proces získávání a účtování dotací územních samosprávných celků v průběhu reformy účetnictví státu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem získávání a účtování dotací územních samosprávných celků v průběhu reformy účetnictví státu.

Cílem mé diplomové práce je analyzovat reformu účetnictví státu a zjistit, zda přispěla k snadnějšímu účtování a vykazování dotaci na pořízení dlouhodobého majetku. Diplomová práce je rozdělená na tři části. V první části je popsána reforma účetnictví státu, její vývoj, cíle, principy, jsou zde charakterizovány nejdůležitější změny, které nastaly v systému účetnictví územních samosprávních celků. Druhá část je zaměřena na dotace územních samosprávných celků. Třetí část je praktická a definuji v ní dlouhodobý majetek územních samosprávných celků. Stručně charakterizuji obec Horní Tošanovice a popisuji průběh získání dotace na nástavbu obecního úřadu a mateřské školy a jeho účtování v roce 2008, kdy byla uskutečněna nástavba, a posléze jeho účtování po reformě účetnictví státu. V závěru je zhodnoceni účtování dotací před a po reformě účetnictví.

The subject of the diploma dissertation is an Influence of the process of obtaining grants and accounting for local governments in the reform of state accounting.

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the reform of state accounting and determine whether to contribute to facilitate accounting and reporting of a grant for acquisition of fixed assets.
