Provedení strategické analýzy pro využití vybrané nemovitosti

Abstract

The theme of the master thesis is Realization of Strategic Analysis for Utilization of a Selected Real Estate. The aim of this thesis is based on a strategic analysis to determinate what are the possibilities for further development of the Dolní Vítkovice. The first part explains the basic concepts, described structure strategic analysis and strategy formulation. Characteristics of the chosen property is in the second chapter, which describes the current status and history of the building. Following chapter is strategic analysis of utilization of selected real estate, where the theoretical knowledge is applied to the strategic analysis. In this chapter is evaluated questionaire, whose aim was to find another use complex Dolní oblast Vítkovice. Then was worked PESTE Analysis, Porter´s Five Forces, Resource Analysis and SWOT Analysis.These analyzes were evaluated and have been designed and recommended further procedures in the last chapter.
