Mechanické a strukturní vlastnosti tvařitelné slitiny Al-Mn pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate fatigue behaviour of aluminium alloy A3003 in different hardening states. The first series of samples was in the H12 temper designation, which is commonly used in the automotive industry for the production components in air conditioning units. The second series of samples was prepared by forging the rolled microstructure, thereby obtaining a strip-like microstructure with high deformation. In order to compare the microstructures, both types of samples were studied using an optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The samples were then subjected to microhardness measurements, tensile strength testing and fatigue testing. Finally, a fractographic analysis of fracture surfaces for both types of loading was done. In order to determine the development of dislocation structures due to fatigue loading, selected samples of the H12 temper were subjected to observation using transmission electron microscopy.
