Abstract

This thesis deals with the management of the hockey club HC RT TORAX Portuba in terms of sport and business. The theoretical part deals with the concept that the theme of the thesis and the related work with them can meet. The paper also outlines the methods that were used in the processing of the thesis. The practical part of the hockey club in terms of objectives, organizational structure and funding. The aim of the work is to analyze the management of the hockey club in terms of finance (revenue and expenditure) and organizational structures.
