Vliv dlouhodobého užívání na zapalitelnost textilií zásahových oděvů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zapalitelností textilií používaných v zásahových oděvech hasičů a vlivem jejich dlouhodobého užívání. Téma je zvoleno s ohledem na význam ochranných oděvů pro bezpečnost příslušníků hasičských záchranných sborů, kteří jsou při zásahu vystaveni extrémním podmínkám. Cílem práce je experimentálně ověřit zapalitelnost vybraných textilních materiálů a porovnat vlastnosti nových a degradovaných vzorků. V experimentální části byl nový materiál podroben řízené degradaci pomocí opakovaného praní a tepelného namáhání. Následně byla hodnocena zapalitelnost, šíření plamene a mechanické vlastnosti materiálu. Výsledky ukazují, že testované textilie vykazují velmi dobrou odolnost vůči zapálení i šíření plamene, a to i po simulovaném dlouhodobém užívání. Nebyl zjištěn významný vliv degradace na zapalitelnost ani pevnost materiálu. Rozdíly se projevily zejména v závislosti na technologii barvení. Práce může sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkum v oblasti ochranných textilií.

This bachelor’s thesis examines the flammability of textiles used in firefighters’ protective clothing and the effects of their long-term use. The topic was chosen in light of the importance of protective clothing for the safety of firefighters, who are exposed to extreme conditions during operations. The aim of the thesis is to experimentally verify the flammability of selected textile materials and to compare the properties of new and degraded samples. In the experimental section, the new material was subjected to controlled degradation through repeated washing and thermal stress. Subsequently, the flammability, flame spread, and mechanical properties of the material were evaluated. The results show that the tested textiles exhibit very good resistance to ignition and flame spread, even after simulated long-term use. No significant effect of degradation on the flammability or strength of the material was found. Differences were observed primarily depending on the dyeing technology. This work can serve as a basis for further research in the field of protective textiles.
