Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on improving the development process of powder coatings in company Akzo Nobel Coatings CZ, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the weaknesses in this process and then take steps to remedy them. The problem is first theoretically analyzed by applying various methods and tools used for continuous improvement process. Second part of the thesis deals with improving methodology in practise, detection of weaknesses in the process, and their elimination.
