Plánování a organizace sportovní akce pro děti

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on streamlining the process of planning and implementing a football mini-tournament for children. It also aims to gain deeper insight into the issue through qualitative and quantitative research and to identify risk areas of the mini-tournament based on the findings. Using the data collected and processed, five risk areas are identified and are further elaborated in the final chapter. The thesis concludes by proposing procedures and recommendations for the improvement of future football mini-tournaments.
