Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to assemble model of renal function in stabilizing blood pressure, this is realized in Matlab- Simulink. Next user interface is created, which will also be used as an educational unit by laboratory task processing. Laboratory task is created in Czech and English language. Physiological principles of blood pressure regulation of human body are described in introductory part of this thesis. All aspects of long- term regulation of blood pressure are then analyzed in detail. There are given mathematical equations, which were used by creating model in the Simulink, individual blocks of this model and design and implementation of user interface in practical part of this thesis. It was used development graphical user interface of Matlab- GUIDE to create user interface “ Model of Renal Function in Stabilizing Blood Pressure”.
