Abstract

The thesis is focused on the employees‘ recruitment and adaptation process in an IT center of a selected company. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate this process and propose recommendations leading to the elimination of the process‘ shortcomings. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical bases of employees’ recruitment and adaptation according to the literature. The second part contains the characteristics of the selected company, analysis of the current system of employees‘ recruitment and adaptation in the IT center of the company and the evaluation of a survey among selected employees. Based on the findings, measures leading to the improvement of the examined process are recommended.
