Motivace pracovníků v oblasti BOZP

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of workers in the field of occupational health and safety. The first part of the thesis generally describes the ways of motivation that can play a key role in thinking about the right ways and tools leading to the desired result. Subsequently, the method of motivation that we use in the construction company and the analysis of its suitability and effectiveness are presented. In the last part of the thesis, there is a proposal of suitable methods and implementation of new tools with a vision of putting them into practice. The bachelor thesis summarizes the possibilities of motivation and offers new tools for implementation in practice.
