Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of a selected company. There are solved the analyzes of the company, the prosperity of the company in the metallurgical sector. Internal and external analyzes were used to produce the results. The company has a lot of strengths and opportunities, but also enough threats, the company is fully competitive.
