Komparace spotřebitelského úvěru a leasingu u fyzických osob

Abstract

This work deals with alternative forms of financing needs of individuals, namely consumer credit and financial leasing. The first section provides basic information about these forms of financing, where it is possible to learn their classification, advantages, disadvantages and basic calculations. The next section is parsed Czech market. As he gradually develops the amount of funding provided by these forms, relation to gross domestic product and the level of interest rates, the share of financing real estate or movable property. The last part is the comparison of credit products. He compared the loan product bank, non-bank and leasing together. Gradually these products using the method compares the total amount payable, discounted costs and the annual percentage rate of charge.
