Abstract

The Business Plan is the best way how to deal with the business concept considering all key factors of the starting a new company and its operation without problems. Implementation of the Business Plan was realized according to a predetermined procedure based on the theoretical background. Then the marketing research, construction and building market analysis and competitive analysis were carried out. After the detection of the basic information about the market and its potential, the internal parameters of the company, product portfolio, localization of the company and business strategy were set. The Business Plan includes SWOT analysis, financial plan and organizational structure of the company, too. The processed Business Plan is a practical manual for starting a new company including all key factors that can affect its operation. The Business Plan is the basic document providing the information to external subjects such as potential investors or banks.
