Analýza současného stavu managementu jakosti v organizaci a jeho aktualizace dle ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008

Abstract

Bachelor thesis title: Analysis of present state of Quality Management at the Organization and its updating according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008. Quality Management System is a set of interrelated elements which is an integral part of an overall management system of organizations and is supposed to guarantee maximizing satisfaction and loyalty of involved parties with minimum consumption of resources. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current Quality Management Status, to find out if the standard requirements of ISO 9001 are fulfilled in the company and the update of Quality Management System in accordance to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard. There are theoretical basis given in the first part. Those contain the characteristics of the company and the basic concepts of Quality Management focusing on ISO conception. The second part includes analysis whether ISO 9001 requirements are fulfilled in the company, then performance analysis of the update of Quality Management System in accordance to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard and the results evaluation.
