Abstract
This bachelor thesis is about automotive headlights. The first part deals with light sources and types of car headlights. The second part discusses the newest modern systems which are being used in automotive. It also describes the LIN bus which is being used for controlling of the headlights. The third part is focused on testing of automotive components. For life - cycle testing has been chosen servomotor for electrical adjusting of headlights angle. Created control program in Labview controls the servomotor movement through NI 6008 card. For performing the life - cycle test the testing device was created. In the last part is described the data evaluation.
