dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření konkrétního návrhu projektu na čerpání dotace ze strukturálních fondů, konkrétně Evropského fondu regionálního rozvoje, prostřednictvím Regionálního operačního programu Moravskoslezsko. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii regionální politiky a vývoj strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Je charakterizován Regionální operační program Moravskoslezesko a možnosti podpory z těchto zdrojů pro zájmovou činnost a sport. V praktické části jsou naznačeny rozvojové záměry TJ Slovan Frenštát p. R. Dále je vytvořen návrh projektu rekonstrukce sportovního areálu TJ Slovan Frenštát pod Radhoštěm pro žádost o dotaci ze strukturálních fondů EU.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is to create a concrete proposal to draw funding from the Structural Funds, namely the European Regional Development Fund, through the Regional Operational Programme of the Moravia Silesia. The theoretical part focuses on the history of the regional policy and development of European Union structural funds. There is characterized the Regional Operational Programme of the Moravia Silesia and also the possibilities of the supporting leisure activities and sports from these sources. The practical part of the development outlines objectives of the TJ Slovan Frenštát p. R. In addition, a draft project of reconstruction of the sports complex TJ Slovan Frenštát pod Radhoštěm is created to request for subsidies from EU structural funds.en
