Zpracování modelu softwarových procesů ve firmě

Abstract

In this work are describe agile methodologies OpenUP, Scrum and extreme programming, next, there is described differences between this three methodologies with said examples of their usage. Next, there is said description of process in real company netdevelo s.r.o. with help of software Eclipse Process Framework Composer and proposal on improvement of actual process inspired in described methodologies. In conclusion, there is appraised difference between tradition and agile methodologies of software development, procedure of modelling in netdevelo s.r.o. and ability of usage of proposed changes.
