Abstract

In this diploma thesis was determined on the basis of uniaxial compression on Gleeble 3800 plastic the deformation resistance of the nickel slot INCOLOY 825. From these data was calculated the activation energy for hot forming in ENERGY 4.0 software and then the predicted value corresponding to a stress peak. For the mathematical description of the flow stress of the INCOLOY 825 alloy were chosen two models, Schindler et al. and Hensel-Spittel. The Unistat software and its nonlinear regression analysis function were used to quantify constants for both models. From the newly obtained values were compiled for both models 3D maps of the natural flow stress in relation to the deformation and the Zener-Hollomon parameter. Was found that for natural flow stress of the alloy INCOLOY 825 it is possible to use both tested models although they have certain advantages and disadvantages.
