Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the improvement of product conformity verification methods for attributes. Firstly, the OSRAM Česká republika s. r. o. organization for which this theses was created is described. In following chapters theoretical basis is created, production process and outputs are described, analysis of current product conformity verification methods and measurement systems analysis are performed. Weak spots resulting from performed analysis of current product conformity verification methods and measurement systems analysis were found and corrective actions were proposed. Implementation of the corrective actions is described and contributions of implemented corrective actions in the last chapter but one are evaluated.
