Abstract
Models of the net analysis have become an inseparable part of project planning. The bechelor work deals with introducing methods of and their comparison. In the practical part will be selected two basic methods — CPM and PERT method, which will be compared. In the last part of the work will be done and will be described in the summary of the advantages and disadvantages of the chosen methods.
