Analýza bezpečnosti provozu na křižovatce Československé armády – Lidická v Klimkovicích

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with problematic condition of intersection Československé armády - Lidická in the city of Klimkovice. Based on the traffic research carried out by myself I have set the intensity of traffic, routing directions of vehicles, structure of traffic currents and detailed videoanalysis of potential collision situations. After a full-scale analysis of current and future state of the intersection I have elaborated suggestion of adjustments of organization and operating the intersection in order to increase safety and fluency of traffic. Parts of the thesis are also capacitive calculations, plan documentation and attestation of clearance in the AutoTURN programme. In conclusion I have simulated current and proposed state of traffic at the intersection in the PTV VISSIM programme.
