Problematika investičních pobídek ve vybrané obchodní korporaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou investičních pobídek ve vybrané obchodní korporaci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku investičních pobídek. Jsou v ní vymezeny všeobecné a zvláštní podmínky investičních pobídek i jejich vliv na českou ekonomiku. V praktické části je ve vybrané obchodní korporaci aplikován investiční projekt. Stěžejní části je analýza poskytnuté investiční pobídky, komparace slevy na dani podle legislativy platné do r. 2007 ve srovnání se současně platnou legislativou, její zhodnocení a ekonomický přínos pro společnost.

This thesis deals with the problem of investment incentives in a selected business corporation. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of investment incentives. There are defined general and special conditions of investment incentives and their impact on the Czech economy. There is an investment project in the practical part which is applied in the selected business corporation. The main part is the analysis of the provided investment incentive, comparison of the tax credit according to the legislation valid up to 2007 compared to the current legislation, its evaluation and economic benefit for the company.
