Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to measure customer satisfaction with services provided by fitness centre Sport Fitness Opava to improve existing offering services. A sub-goal is to ascertain the views of customers to change and improve fitness centre services. Thesis includes a brief history of fitness and bodybuilding with characteristics of fitness centre, characteristics of services and measuring customer satisfaction. The practical part of thesis deals with data collection and processing of the questionnaire by computer software and interpretation of results. The data will be drawn up to proposals and recommendations to improve existing fitness centre services.
