Analýza systému řízení zásob

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the contemporary state of the supply management in ELCO EP, Ltd company and to suggest advice based on theoretical knowledge and relevant dates povided by the company. In the first chapter, there is a significance of the topic and goal characteristics. The theory conected with supply management, like logistics quantities, supply classification, reasons for supply holding, supply movement indicator and their impact on the company profit, is described in the second chapter. Then it is followed with description of the basics level of supplies, purchasing process, kinds of demands, ABC analysis and systems of supply management. The third chapter deals with the charecteristics of the company ELKO EP, Ltd. and its history and economic situation. The fourth chapter is focused on the analysis of the supply management in the company and carrying out the ABC analysis which determinates groups of supply. In the fifth chapter, there is a conclusion with analysis summary and recomendation. The company is not willing to publish this thesis, because they are afraid of abuse of the information. Therefore there is a request for not publishing this thesis in any form.
