Hodnocení nabídky pracovních míst v oblastech se zvýšenou nezaměstnaností v Ostravě

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of vacancies in areas with high unemployment rates in Ostrava city. The main scope of my work has become a data editing job offers registered at labor offices in the Czech republic, which were obtained from Integrated Portal MLSA. Geocoded data was then displayed on a map background and evaluated on the basis of three distance-selected zones from socially excluded localities, including also the development trend and in terms of local spatial autocorrelation. Attention was also paid to Ostrava segregated enclaves. The work also aims to evaluate job offers from both qualitative and quantitative terms.
