Analýza managementu tělovýchovné jednoty

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo provést analýzu TJ Nový Jičín z hlediska managementu, z hlediska sportovního a v neposlední řadě také z hlediska způsobu financování klubu. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V první části jsem se zaměřil na teoretické vymezení pojmů, které jsou provázány z následující praktickou části pojednávající o konkrétních problémech organizace. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí výsledků šetření s návazností na návrhy a doporučení.

The aim of the thesis was to conduct an analysis of TJ Novy Jicin in terms of management, in terms of sport and last but not least in terms of way they are financed. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part of the thesis I focused on the theoretical definitions of the essentials terminology. In the second part the previously defined concepts are applied on the practical situation that treats about specific problems of the organization. End of thesis is devoted to summary issues and recommendation.
