Analýza dotačního managementu neziskové organizace

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce se týká nevládních neziskových organizací, úlohou dotačního managementu jako nástroje, jehož úkolem je analýza dotačních možností, které vedou k financování jednotlivých činností neziskového sektoru. Je zde popsán dotační management, jeho význam při realizaci projektu a dotační možnosti, které by mohly neziskové organizace využít k financování svých aktivit. Praktická část hledá vhodný způsob, jak by mohla nezisková organizace Poradenské centrum R – Ego financovat konkrétní projekt. Analyzuje jednotlivé dotační možnosti, které se v současné době nacházejí na nabídkovém trhu v České republice, a hledá způsob výběru vhodného dotačního programu. Dále se soustřeďuje na to, aby dotační management uměl po praktické stránce zvládnout jak přípravnou fázi, tak realizační i monitorovací fázi projektu.

The theme of the thesis is about non–profit organisation, a role of grant management that role is analysis of grant opportunities, which lead to financing of the activities in this sector. In this thesis is descibed the grant management and his meaning for project implementation and grant opportunities that non–profit organisation could benefit to finance their activities. The practical part of this thesis is looking for a suitable way to finance a specific project of Poradenske centrum R – Ego. It also analyzes individual grant opportunities, that we can find in Czech republic and then is looking for a way of selectioning suitable grant programme. Futhermore, thesis is focused on grant management, that have to manage and cope with the practical aspect from the preparatory phase to implementation and monitoring phase.
