Územní studie revitalizace a dostavby panelového sídliště Jihovýchod v Hodoníně

Abstract

The thesis aims to propose revitalization new building in housing estate Jihovychod in city Hodonín. Localization of area is in south-east part of city nearby town Centre. Objective of revitalization is improvement of present conditions in area and aim to working all area as full value urban environment. Project solves a new flat buildings and areas for commercial use. Thesis tries to find a solution to problems with green vegetation, car parking and optimization of traffic infrastructure. Actual problem is a need of reconstruction of playgrounds and playing fields. The thesis includes a proposal of alternative solutions for solving these problems. All is solve accordingly with city plan and local settings. Calculation is integrated in proposal as well.
