Projektové řízení vybraného projektu

Abstract

The primary aim of the diploma thesis is analysis of the Project Management of Selected Project. The first part is focused on the principals of the Project management – history, basic characters and notions, approaches, methods, life cycle, processes and problems of project management. The second part includes introduction of the company Tawesco s. r. o. and its activities in sphere of quality control. The practical part indudes an depth description of the selected project, detailed analysis, risks of the project in single periods and drafts risk mitigation measures. Further, there is proposal new harmonogram for this project and the time saving that can be made through use of CPM method. The final chapter draws together all of theese findings.
